Fresco started in 1397 (2018) with a simple idea: fresh, high-quality food inspired by Italian cooking, in a warm, modern space. The word "fresco" means "fresh" in Italian — exactly what we chase on every plate.
Our pizza dough is naturally leavened with a long rest, for a light, flavorful Neapolitan-style pizza. From breakfast to dinner, from burgers and sandwiches to handmade pasta, every item is made with fresh ingredients and real craft.
